Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup
    Kellogg's® Corn Flake Crumbs

  • eggs

    milk

    vanilla

  • slices day-old bread, cut into halves diagonally

    margarine melted

Directions
1.
Measure Kellogg's® Corn Flake Crumbs into shallow dish or pan. Set aside.
2.
In second shallow dish or ban, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in milk and vanilla. Dip bread into egg mixture, turning once and allowing time for both sides to take up liquid. Coat evenly with Crumbs. Place in single layer on well-greased baking sheet. Drizzle with margarine.
3.
Bake at 450 degrees F about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with warm maple syrup, jelly, or honey.
