Bacon Brussels Sprouts
A little turkey bacon adds rich flavor to the Brussels sprouts in this easy side dish recipe.

Ingredients

12 ounces Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 slices turkey bacon

1 tablespoon canola oil

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
Directions

Boil Brussels sprouts in lightly salted water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, saute turkey bacon in canola oil on medium-high heat. Remove the bacon and crumble. Add cooked brussels sprouts to the skillet; cook 2 minutes. Stir in bacon, salt, and pepper until heated. Drizzle with red-wine vinegar before serving.
