  • 1-1/2  cups  uncooked gritsOn Sale
  • 3  cups  grated Cheddar cheeseOn Sale
  • 3    large eggs, beatenOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  ground red pepper, or to tasteOn Sale
  • 5  slices  slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, dividedOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  milkOn Sale

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook grits according to package directions. Remove from heat.
3.
Add 2 cups cheese, eggs, milk, red pepper, and 3 slices crumbled bacon; stir well.
4.
Pour into a buttered 3-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake for 20 minutes.
