Avocado Salsa
This summertime salsa contains ripe avocados, tomatoes, lemon juice, onions, and jalapeno peppers.

Ingredients

3 ripe avocados, peeled, pits removed

1 medium tomato, seeds squeezed out, diced

1/4 cup diced red onion

1 small jalapeno, seeds removed, diced

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions

In a medium-size bowl, gently mix the avocados, tomato, red onion, jalapeno, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic salt. Serve as a topping for grilled burgers or hot dogs. Can be refrigerated a few hours with plastic wrap placed directly on surface of salsa.
