Avocado-Feta Salsa

Avocados, tomatoes, and feta cheese combine in this cool and refreshing fresh fruit salsa.

Ingredients

2plum tomatoes, choppedsee savings

1avocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and choppedsee savings

1/4 cupfinely chopped red onionsee savings

1 clovegarlic, mincedsee savings

1 Tbsp.snipped fresh parsleysee savings

1 Tbsp.snipped fresh oreganosee savings
-
1 Tbsp.olive oilsee savings
-
1 Tbsp.red or white wine vinegarsee savings

4 oz.feta cheese, coarsely crumbledsee savings

Pita chips or tortilla chipssee savings
Directions
1.
In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, avocado, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, oil, and vinegar. Stir gently to mix. Gently stir in feta cheese. Cover and chill for 2 hours or up to 6 hours. Serve salsa with pita or tortilla chips. Makes 12 (1/4 cup) servings.
