Avocado Dip

Avocados and Parmesan cheese make a fun snack dip for kids or a party appetizer for mom and dad. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Sliced raw vegetables
Peel and pit avocados. Place in a bowl with Parmesan cheese, lime juice, and sugar and mash with a fork or a potato masher until smooth. Serve with vegetables.
