  • 1 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 3 cups)
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
1.
Stir the broth, cornstarch and soy sauce in a small bowl until it's smooth.
2.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus, ginger and garlic and cook until the asparagus is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir the broth mixture in the skillet. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
