Asian-Style Turkey

Ingredients

1/4 cup dry white wine

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 Tbsp. water

1 Tbsp. rice vinegar

1 Tbsp. cooking oil

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. ground ginger

1 lb. turkey breast tenderloins or skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Directions

For marinade, in a 2-cup glass measure combine white wine, orange juice, soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, oil, garlic powder, and ginger.

Cut turkey lengthwise into thin strips. Place strips in a plastic bag set in a shallow bowl. Pour marinade over turkey; seal and turn bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Drain the turkey, discarding the marinade. Skewer accordion-style onto several wooden skewers. Place on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once.
