  • 1  cup
    diced cooked chicken

    prepared low-fat ginger vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions
1.
Place the chicken, slaw mix and carrots into a medium bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
2.
Divide the chicken mixture between 2 bread slices. Top with the remaining bread slices.
3.
*Or 1 cup packaged cole slaw mix.
