  • 1/3 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon bottled Asian sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 2 cups hot cooked brown rice
  • Snipped fresh cilantro
For glaze, in a small saucepan combine apricot preserves, soy sauce, chili sauce, and ginger. Cook and stir over low heat until preserves are melted.
Brush Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Fillets with apricot glaze. Prepare in microwave according to package directions.
Serve with rice and sprinkle with cilantro.
Serving Suggestion:
If you like it spicy, substitute hot Asian chili sauce (Sriracha) for the sweet chili sauce.
