Applesauce with Crispy Scoops

Ingredients
2 7- to 8-inch flour tortillas
Nonstick cooking spray
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 4-ounce cups fruit-flavored or plain applesauce
Directions
1. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Generously coat tortilla wedges with cooking spray. Stir together sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tortilla wedges. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 7 to 9 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
2. For each serving, place 4 tortilla wedges in a plastic bag. Pack 1 bag and a container of applesauce in an insulated container with an ice pack. Use tortilla wedges to scoop up applesauce. Makes 4 servings.
