Directions
1.
Stir together flours, sugar, baking powder, salt and spices. Set aside.
2.
In large size mixing bowl, measure Kellogg's® Raisin Bran® cereal, apple juice and applesauce. Stir to combine. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal is softened.
3.
Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
4.
Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees F about 25 minutes or until browned. Serve warm.
