Apple-Cranberry Relish

    fresh cranberries
  • 1  20  ounce can 
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1   
    orange, chopped and seeded (do not peel)
  • 2   
    Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into fourths
  • 1 - 1 1/2  cups 
In a food processor, combine cranberries, pineapple, orange, and apples. Process into small chunks. Transfer fruit to medium bowl. Add sugar to taste; stir.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
