Apple-Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

2 cups fresh cranberries

1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

1 orange, chopped and seeded (do not peel)

2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into fourths

1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
Directions

In a food processor, combine cranberries, pineapple, orange, and apples. Process into small chunks. Transfer fruit to medium bowl. Add sugar to taste; stir.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.
