Apple-Cider Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon apple-cider vinegar

2 teaspoons honey

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

2 teaspoons chopped shallot

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, cider, vinegar, and honey. Add herbs, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
