Apple Bread

Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups sugar

3 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 cup chopped walnuts
-
3 cups peeled, cored, and chopped apples
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in medium mixing bowl; mix.

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a separate mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix well. Stir in apples and walnuts.
4.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
