  • 1  pound  fresh cranberries (4 cups)On Sale
  • 2  large  seedless navel oranges (unpeeled), cut into 1-inch piecesOn Sale
  • 1  cup  sugarOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  Grand Marnier liqueur or cranberry juiceOn Sale

Directions

Place cranberries and oranges, half at a time, in a large food processor bowl fitted with a steel blade. Cover and process with several on-of pulses until fruit is finely chopped.

Transfer to a large bowl. Add the sugar and liqueur or cranberry juice to the cranberry mixture; stir to combine. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
