3/4 cupshredded romaine and/or fresh spinachsee savings

1/2 of anavocado, halved, seeded, peeled, and slicedsee savings

1/4 of acucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded, and thinly slicedsee savings

1 ounceMonterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, shredded (1/4 cup)see savings

Purchased salsa (optional)see savings

Directions
1.
On each tortilla, layer romaine, avocado, cucumber, and cheese. Roll up tightly. If desired, halve tortillas diagonally. Wrap each tightly with plastic wrap. Chill for up to 6 hours.
2.
If desired, serve with salsa.
