  • 10    scallions, (white part plus 1/2 inch of green), very finely choppedOn Sale
  • 2    serrano chiles, or jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely choppedOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  chopped cilantroOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  distilled white vinegarOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  lime juiceOn Sale
  • 1/2  teaspoon  salt, or to tasteOn Sale

Directions
1.
Combine scallions, chiles, cilantro, vinegar, lime juice and salt to taste in a small bowl.

MAKE AHEAD TIP: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
