  • 1  cup  cubed cooked potatoes, (about one 8-ounce potato, peeled, cut into small cubes and cooked)On Sale

  • 1  cup  diced hard-cooked egg (about 3 large eggs)On Sale
  • 1  cup  cubed apple (about 1 medium-size apple)On Sale
  • 1  cup  cubed peeled cucumber (about 1 large cucumber)On Sale
  • 1  cup  diced onion (1 medium-size onion)On Sale
  • 1  cup  mayonnaise-type salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip)On Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  black pepperOn Sale
  •     Parsley for garnish, optionalOn Sale

Directions
1.
In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, ham, egg, apple, cucumber, onion, salad dressing, salt and pepper.

Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
