  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup wheat bran
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
